RAM 1500 Classic Owner's Manuals
RAM 1500 Classic – the car belongs to the class of pickups. A large number of updates are expected, which will be focused on off-road driving. The new models are the long-awaited successors to previous generations.
As for the power part of the “novelty”, it is equipped with two power plants. The first engine comes with a volume of 3.6 liters and is capable of generating 305 horsepower. It will be paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The second is more powerful, with a volume of 5.7 liters, and is capable of generating 395 horsepower. This engine is much less fuel efficient than the first, but does a great job of towing tasks. This was facilitated by additional torque. Optionally, the first engine can have all-wheel drive, as well as slip protection.
The interior of the car is pretty outdated compared to the new RAM cars – it’s like a “hello” from the late 2000s. It does not contain advanced technologies and many newfangled control devices. But there are pluses – the interior is quite roomy and ergonomic, it also has a lot of functionality. The base version comes with a 5-inch multimedia control system screen.
Optionally, it can have an 8.4-inch screen with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Regarding the exterior, almost nothing has changed here compared to previous models. The creators felt that the previous versions are good and the new ones do not require changes. Therefore, the novelty enters the market practically unchanged. Pluses include style and low cost. Three configuration options are available.
The first one is Tradesman, the price for it starts from 28,500 thousand dollars. There is good equipment here, including cruise control, a rear-view camera, adaptive headlights, etc. The Express trim adds body-color bumpers and a grille, as well as fog lights.
This option costs 30, 695 thousand dollars. Well, the top-of-the-line Warlock package, which comes completely in strict black. It has a unique grille, powder-coated bumpers, rear parking sensors, and multifunctional halogen headlights. This version is primarily focused on the highest quality off-road driving. And the “novelty” will compete with such cars from other manufacturers as: Chevrolet Silverado1 1500, Ford F-150, Nissan Fronter.
