The 2021 RAM 1500 Classic is a full-size pickup that was the successor to the previous line. The manufacturer introduced updated models already after the separation from Dodge. RAM now exclusively features full-size truck models.
The manufacturer currently does not present models of medium-sized pickups. Therefore, the 2021 car is an alternative option to increase sales in this segment. Chevrolet Silverado and Ford remain the main competitors of cars in the pickup category.
Outwardly, the car resembles the design of the previous RAM 1500 model. Comfort functions have been updated, technical characteristics have been improved, but the use of driver assistants and safety systems is still somewhat limited.
In the basic configuration, the black bumper, door handles and radiator grille with massive overlays attract attention in the exterior. Depending on the modification, the design of the elements changes. The model is offered with a regular cab with minimal options and systems.
The car needs improvement of the safety system, as the model does not include blind spot monitoring or adaptive cruise control. The model is equipped with ABS, stabilization system, front and side airbags.
